Why Partners in Hope

Participants attend our two week pre-vocational workshop led by speakers from the law enforcement, faith, and business communities
-
Participants are matched to a mentor from these volunteer communities who meets with them on a weekly basis for the entire 18 months
-
A case manager works with each participant to assist with overcoming obstacles to employment
Requirements:

21 or older
-
Formerly incarcerated
-
Strong desire to change
-
Commitment to work hard
-
Resident of the city of Milwaukee
-
Possess valid ID, Birth Certificate, and Social Security Card
-
18-month commitment
Selection Process:
-
Complete the Participant Application (see below), save it to your computer, and then submit it to PIH@thecommunitywarehouse.org

Attend an informal interview (you will be contacted by a PIH representative)

Complete an assessment

Sign a letter of commitment

Receive approval by PIH staff

Complete Pre-vocational workshop
