If you are a non-profit organization in the process of renovation, or an organization committed to serving the city of Milwaukee through redevelopment projects, a partnership with Community Warehouse would be a great fit.
With a membership to Community Warehouse, you have access to all of our new and unused building materials that are offered at approximately 75% off of the regular retail value. This administrative fee helps to cover the overhead costs of running our organization. Your employees deserve a comfortable, clean and respectable work environment. You can provide this by shopping at Community Warehouse.

Requirements for Non-Profit Organizational Membership:
- Be located and serve in Milwaukee’s Community Development Block Grant neighborhoods.
- Agree to use the product for your own property or in accomplishing your mission (no resale of product)
- Pay an annual fee of $100
- Provide Community Warehouse with your Federal and State Tax Exempt information
