Individual Membership
We know the costs of home improvement materials can add up, even for the little projects. With a membership to Community Warehouse, you have access to all of our new and unused building materials that are offered at approximately 75% off of the regular retail value. This administrative fee helps to cover the overhead costs of running our organization. You deserve to keep your home up to the standard you want, and at Community Warehouse we’re here to help.
We operate a clean, well-stocked and well-managed facility comparable to any large home improvement store. Our products are easily visible and accessible. You deserve the best and at Community Warehouse, that’s just what you’ll get.
Requirements for Individual Membership:
- Be a resident or own one residential property in Milwaukee’s Community Development Block Grant neighborhoods; (click for map)
- Agree to use the product in your own home or property (no contractors or resale of product);
- Pay an annual fee of $25;
