Business Membership
If you own multiple residential properties or lease your properties in Milwaukee’s redevelopment zone, a residential business membership is perfect for you. This membership will help you keep your properties in tip-top condition. With a membership to Community Warehouse, you have access to all of our new and unused building materials that are offered at approximately 75% off of the regular retail value. This administrative fee helps to cover the overhead costs of running our organization. By shopping at Community Warehouse, you are better able to serve your residents, which helps us reach our goal of serving the community by improving neighborhoods and giving residents a safe and comfortable place to live.
Requirements for Business Membership:
- Own residential property for lease or own multiple residential properties in Milwaukee’s Community Development Block Grant neighborhoods; (click for map)
- Agree to use the product only on your properties in the CDBG area (no contractors or resale of product)
- Pay an annual fee of $150.
